Infineon’s high integrated Mid Range System Basis Chip (SBC) family
TLE9260/61/62/63QX offers best performance and scalability for various automotive
applications. Up to three low-drop voltage regulators with 5V or 3.3V output voltage,
one HS CAN and up to two LIN Transceivers complying with latest automotive standards
and OEM requirements. The devices include diagnostic and supervision features to
support ECU functional safety concepts, high-side outputs to drive external loads,
wake-inputs and general purpose input-outputs (GPIOs) to monitor inputs or activate
loads, very low quiescent current in low power modes with full wake-up capability. All
devices feature an exposed pad VQFN-48 (7 x 7mm) power package (supporting AOI).
The entire family is pin-to–pin and software compatible, also to other Infineon SBC families, and is designed to withstand the severe conditions of automotive applications.
