Description
The KT1600 series consist of two infrared emitting
diodes, connected in inverse parallel, optically coupled to a

phototransistor detector. They are packaged in a 4 pin
LSOP wide body package. It features a high current
transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance and high isolation
voltage.
