Reliability:
MTBF:
When the power supply is operating within the limits of this specification the MTBF shall be at least
100,000 hours at 25ºC.
Burn In:
The power supply shall undergo a minimum 4 hours burn- in test at 40ºC ±5ºC under rated
current.
Output Terminal:
Note1:
Ripple/Noise tested by dc-loading side parallel with a 10uF/E-Cap & 0.1uF/C-Cap and
measured band-width DC-20MHz.
