INDUCTIVE COMPONENTS Bourns Releases SMD High Current Shielded Power Inductor Series Riverside, California - June 17, 2014 - Bourns is pleased to introduce two small footprint and low profile inductor series, Model SRP2010 and SRP2512. These series are designed with an iron powder core that features high saturation current and shielded construction for low magnetic radiation. The dimensions of Model SRP2010 are 2.0 x 1.6 x 1.0 mm and Model SRP2512 are 2.5 x 2.0 x 1.2 mm. Available inductances are 0.22 – 2.2 µH with Irms up to 4.5 A and Isat up to 6.5 A. The Model SRP2010 and SRP2512 inductors are ideal for use in DC/DC converters for mobile electronic devices, smartphones, tablets and data storage devices. Their low profile feature makes them especially attractive for use in ultra-thin electronic devices. Samples are available upon request.
