POWER TVS PRODUCTS Bourns Releases New Power TVS (PTVS) Products Model PTVS10-xxxC-TH Series Riverside, California - January 27, 2014 - Bourns is pleased to announce the release of the Model PTVS10-xxxC-TH Series High Current Bidirectional TVS Diodes. These models are designed for use in high power DC bus clamping applications. They offer bidirectional port protection of 58 volts and 76 volts. The devices are RoHS compliant* and UL Recognized (pending). They also meet IEC 61000-4-5 8/20 µs current surge requirements. The use of silicon technology in the Power TVS products generally offers lower clamping voltage under surge compared to competing Metal Oxide Varistor (MOV) technology.
