CERAMIC PTC THERMISTORS Bourns® Circuit Protection Division Expands Range of Ceramic PTC Thermistors Riverside, California - April 11, 2007 - Bourns® Circuit Protection Division has added a dual in-line package to its range of Ceramic Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) thermistors. The component combines two resistance matched Ceramic PTCs together in a single ceramic housing. The 50 ohm component is available as a standard; other resistance values are available upon request. A data sheet for the model CMF-RD50 has been added to the Bourns website at www.bourns.com. Samples are available upon request.
