Change Notice CN-0031 KP Series Change to KP Series Bicolor LED Specifications Type of Change: Engineering Product Part Number Appearance The KP01 and KP02 Series illuminated pushbutton switches will have changes to the LEDs. This change will affect the illumination of all KP models, both standard and custom. All of the bicolor KP models will have brighter, more vibrant illumination. Differences in the LED specification values are outlined on the table below. LEDs are an integral part of the switch and are not available separately. The LED circuit is isolated and requires an external power source. If the source voltage exceeds the rated voltage, a ballast resistor is required. The external resistor value will change with the new LED specifications.
