Crystek's CVCO55CC-2275-2290 Coaxial Resonator Oscillator (CRO) operates from 2275 to
2290MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5-4.5V. This CRO features a typical phase noise of -115
dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +4.5dBm.
The CVCO55CC-2275-2290 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.5x0.5" SMD package. SMD package.
Typical input voltage is 5.0V, with a maximum current consumption of 40mA. Pulling and Pushing are
minimised to 0.2MHz and 0.2MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -25dBc typical.
The CVCO55CC-2275-2290 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless
access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
