Achieving Accurate E-band Power Measurements with Agilent
E8486A Waveguide Power Sensors
In response to increasing demand for
ultra-high data rates, many mm-wave
applications have moved into the 60to 90-GHz frequency, or E-band,
range. Among the applications for Eband are high-speed mobile
backhaul, point-to-point radio
communication, automotive radar for
collision avoidance and car safety,
and the 802.11ad or WiGig
communication standard.
