range, CVCO55CC-2950-2950
features typ phase noise of -115
dBc/Hz @ 10 KHz offset and typ
output power of +7 dBm. SMD
package measures 0.5 x 0.5 in.,
input voltage is 8 V, and max
current consumption is 30 mA.
Respectively, pulling and pushing
are minimized to 3 MHz and 0.1
MHz/V. Second harmonic
suppression is -15 dBc typ. Uses
include such applications as digital
radio equipment, fixed wireless
access, satellite communications
systems, and base stations.
Coaxial Resonator Oscillator suits
communications applications.
SMD 2,700 MHz VCO serves communications
applications.
Voltage Controlled Oscillator delivers +7 dBm
output power.
