Crystek's (Fort Meyers, FL) CVCO55FL-0200-0239 VCO
(Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 200 MHz to
239 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.5 V to 4.5 V.
This VCO features a typical phase noise of -123 dBc/Hz
@ 10KHz offset. Output power is typically +8.5 dBm.
The CVCO55FL-0200-0239 is suitable for use in
applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed
wireless access, satellite communications systems, and
base stations. Other features include:
An industry-standard 0.5” x 0.5” SMD package.
An input voltage of 5 V.
A max current consumption of 25 mA.
Pulling and pushing minimized to 0.5 MHz and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively.
A second harmonic suppression of -20 dBc typical.
