This features a typical phase noise of -123dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has an output power of +8.5 dBm. Packaged in the industry-standard 0.5x0.5" SMD package, the VCO facilitates an input voltage of 5V, with a maximum current consumption of 25mA. When using the CVCO55FL-0200-0239, Pulling and Pushing are minimised to 0.5 and 0.5 MHz/V, respectively and second harmonic suppression is -20dBc typical.
