CVCO55BE-1000-2000 operates from 1,000–2,000 MHz with control voltage
range of 1.0~20 V, and features typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz
offset. Input voltage is 10 V with maximum current consumption of 25 mA.
Pulling and Pushing are minimized to 7.5 MHz and 2.5 MHz/V, respectively, and
second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical.

New 1000-2000 MHz VCO from Crystek Corporation
Fort Myers, FL — Crystek's CVCO55BE-1000-2000 VCO (Voltage Controlled Oscillator) operates from 1000 MHz to 2000 MHz with a
control voltage range of 1.0V~20V. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz @ 10KHz offset and has excellent linearity.
Output power is typically +5.5 dBm. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model CVCO55BE-1000-2000 is packaged in the
industry-standard 0.5-in. x 0.5-in. SMD package. Input voltage is 10V, with a max. current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and Pushing
are minimized to 7.5 MHz and 2.5 MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical.
