MOST POPULAR
This VCO features a typical phase noise of -95 dBc/Hz @ 10 kHz offset and has excellent linearity. Output power is typically +5.5 dBm.
Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the CVCO55BE-1000-2000 is packaged in an industry-standard 0.5 x 0.5-in. (12.7-mm sq.)
SMD package. Input voltage is 10V, with a max. current consumption of 25 mA. Pulling and pushing are minimised to 7.5 MHz and 2.5
MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -10 dBc typical.
The CVCO55BE-1000-2000 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite
communications systems, and base stations.
