Review: Standout phone
features, but do you
need?
Central Semiconductor's new CEDM7001VL
(N-Channel) and CEDM8001VL (P-Channel)
are 20V, 100mA MOSFETs in the new ultra
low profile SOT-883VL package. Following
the success of the SOT-883L (0.40mm
profile), the SOT-883VL (0.32mm profile)
provides a 20% lower profile and will certainly
solve any space constrained applications.

NEW POLYMER CHIP CAPACITORS DELIVER HIGH PERFORMANCE
IN A SMALL PACKAGE SIZE
XMPL Series Polymer Chip Capacitors are an effective
solution where smallest size and high performance are
required. Compared to surface mount aluminum
electrolytic capacitors, XMPL Solid Polymers offer
longer life, greater stability with temperature changes;
and lower ESR at high frequencies. Lower in cost than
tantalum capacitors of similar size. Values from 6.8 to
470 µF; 16 WVDC Max. -40°C to +105°C operation.
