News Release from: Crystek Corporation
Written by : Barney Scott
Operating from 900 to 940MHz with a control voltage range of 0.2-2.0V, the CVCO33CL-0900-0940
VCO from Crystek features a typical phase noise of -104dBc/Hz at 10KHz offset and has excellent
linearity. Output power is typically +3dBm. Engineered and manufactured in the USA, the model
CVCO33CL-0900-0940 is packaged in the industry-standard 0.3x0.3" SMD package.
The VCO features an input voltage of 3V and a maximum current consumption of 20mA. Pulling and
pushing are minimised to 8.0MHz and 1.0MHz/V, respectively. Second harmonic suppression is -10dBc max.
The CVCO33CL-0900-0940 is suitable for use in applications such as digital radio equipment, fixed wireless
access, satellite communications systems and base stations.
