Channel 1 delivers up to 1.5A of continuous output current, channel 2 can deliver over 1A depending on the configuration, and channels 3 and 4 can deliver up to 1.8A each. Channels 1 and 3 operate 180° out of phase from channels 2 and 4, further reducing input ripple. In Burst Mode® operation, the LT8602 requires only 30µA of quiescent current with all channels on, thereby extending battery life. For high step-down ratio applications, the LT8602 can operate from 16V down to 0.8V at a switching frequency of 2MHz. And each channel’s dropout voltage is only 200mV at 1A outputs.
