NOT apply power to the board if there is any damaged component.

The basic procedures required to power on EP100:
(1). Require DC +12V power at minimum 3A. Ensure that

power supply is OFF before connecting to EP100 and
that all necessary peripheral devices are plugged
properly.
Ensure all of the jumpers are at default setting,
especially JP11 (closed).
Firmly install DDRIII memory module into connector
SDIMM1 until it is fully seated.
Firmly insert the 4-pin power to ATX1.
Install a momentary on/off button/switch onto CN16, pin
9 and 10.
Turn on the power supply.
Press power button to start EP100.
