The BD958x1 series utilizes ROHM’s
proprietary H3RegTM control method
for stable output voltage.
With H3RegTM, the ON time of the high
side FET is controlled when the
voltage drops due to sudden load
changes, speeding up output voltage
recovery and improving transient
characteristics.
