3 Installing MPLAB® Code Configurator
Basic steps for installing MPLAB® Code Configurator are given here. For more information refer to the
User’s Guide.
To install the MPLAB® Code Configurator Plugin:

In the MPLAB® X IDE, select Plugins from the Tools menu
Select the Available Plugins tab
Check the box for the MPLAB® Code Configurator, and click on Install

This release of the MPLAB® Code Configurator targets the XC8 v1.30 compiler
Added support for PIC12(L)F1501, PIC12(L)F1822, PIC12(L)F1840, PIC16(L)F1704, and
PIC16(L)F1708 devices
Added support for additional peripherals (on supported devices):
o Configurable Logic Component (CLC)
o Complementary Output Generator (COG)
o Hardware Limit Timer (HLT)
o Zero Cross Detect (ZCD)
Bug fixes and enhancements
Pin manager vertical pin view has been removed
The folder containing generated files has changed from ‘CM_Generated_Files’ to
‘MCC_Generated_Files’
