New 1200V / 300A lineup supports higher
power applications
Product Outline
ROHM has recently expanded its market-proven lineup of 120A/180A full SiC power modules to include 300A
models that ensure support for high power applications such as large-scale power supplies for industrial
equipment. Advantages include significantly reduced switching loss compared with conventional Si IGBT modules,
enabling higher frequency operation and contributing to smaller peripheral components and cooling systems.
