High Voltage Switching Diodes: Breakdown voltages
up to 400V suitable for tip and ring circuits, and
exceptionally low leakage current yet with fast
switching time suitable for battery-powered applications.
X3-DFN0603-2: Ultra-miniature package with
dimensions 0.6mm x 0.3mm x 0.3mm.
A family of Zener diodes and switching diodes are
available in this leadless package.
Tight Tolerance Zener Diodes: Ion-implanted epitaxial
wafer process allows tolerances as tight as ±2.0% in
voltages ranging from 2.4V to 47V.
PowerDI®123 Package: Patented interlocking clip
design for high surge capacity, US Patent #7,095,113.
GPP rectifiers, Zener diodes and TVS diodes are
available in this small footprint, rugged package.
PowerDI® Rectifiers: High-voltage, glass-passivated
rectifiers in small footprint, low-profile PowerDI123
and PowerDI5 packages available in standard recovery,
fast recovery or ultra-fast recovery speeds.
