The existing assembly and test provider, Mitsui-Japan (MHT) no longer supports Silicon Labs SL38007 families. UTAC-TH is an existing assembly site and test site for Silicon Labs and is certified and registered to ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO/TS16949 and is a Sony Green Partner. 1. Assembly Site Change: UTAC-TH is an existing assembly supplier for Silicon Labs. UTAC-TH is a fully qualified supplier for the SL38007 part family in the 20-pin QFN-4x4. UTAC-TH is in Thailand, and is part of the UTAC Group.
