All samples were received in good condition within temperature requirements.
This report was revised on 7/15/08 in order to address FDEP's concerns dated 6/23/08. The issues are as noted:
Cooler temperature not noted on Chain of Custody or Laboratory receipt log.
Temperature was taken at time of receipt of samples. The temperature was noted on the Chain of Custody but not the Checklist,
however, it was included in the sample login acknowledgement which has been attached to this report.

limits.
