Sample DMW-1 contained detects for this analyte at concentrations greater than 10X the value found in the method blank. Sample DMW-2 contains an i value for this analyte. Samples IMW-1 and ETMW-2 are non-detect for this analyte. The data are flagged with V qualifiers. This report was revised on 7/15/08 in order to address FDEP's concerns dated 6/23/08. The issues are as noted: 1. The samples were analyzed by the incorrect method for 1,4-Dioxane. The samples were analyzed by method requested by client. No further action is needed by laboratory. 2. Re-extract sample data was not provided for samples with V qualifiers. Also, re-extract sample data was not provided for sample DMW-1 with low surrogate recoveries. The re-extract data was not initially provided for V qualified samples because analyte concentration in samples was below the GCTL for Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate. This data is provided now in 660-20122-2 report. The re-extract data for sample DMW-1 with low surrogate recoveries was provided initially in 660-20122-2 report. The results were higher for Bis(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate with surrogates in control. There was no sample left to re-extract a second time.
