Surrogate recovery for the following sample was outside control limits: 23667-5. Evidence of matrix interference is present. Re-analysis
was performed with similar results and the sample vial had excessive amounts of sediment.
The %RPD of the laboratory control standard (LCS) and laboratory control standard duplicate (LCSD) for preparation batch 660-63772
exceeded control limits due to LIMS calculation for the following analytes: 1,4-Dioxane. The LCSD was double spiked and the %RPD is
calculated from the spike concentration, not % recovery.
