EMIF configured in Split Mode: This issue may affect device functionality when the external memory interface (EMIF) is configured in Split Mode. The device firmware has been updated to address this issue. Devices with a date code prior to 1240 may be susceptible if configured for Split Mode external memory interface. Note: This issue does NOT affect devices using Internal XRAM Only or External Only memory interface configurations. Si102x/3x with 128kB Flash Memory: On Si102x/3x devices with 128k Flash memory (Si1020-A-GM, Si1024-A-GM, Si1030-A-GM, Si1034-AGM), writing 0x00 to the lock byte may prevent future Flash erases. The device firmware has been updated to address this issue. Devices with a date code prior to 1240 may be susceptible if writing 0x00 to the lock byte.
