COMMENTS Aeroflex is issuing this Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortage Notice to announce the diminished supply of the SRAM memory contained within the UT69151XTE multi-chip module. Aeroflex expects to deplete existing inventory of the affected products, which are listed below, by June 2014. Aeroflex will book and ship orders from the current stock on a “first-come, first-served” basis, until the inventory exhausts. (amended) All UT69151XTE products available after July 2014 will contain a new SRAM and a new 139 PGA package. The new SRAM will not change the electrical or physical specification. The 139 PGA package changes only affect the package height dimensions. The 140 pin FP package will remain unchanged. The new revision of the UT69151XTE will remain form, fit, and functionally compatible with past versions.
