Subject: Qualification of "Green" Material for MX Product Family and Addition of
Assembly Vendor
Dear Purchasing,
This notice is to inform you that Actel has added additional assembly vendors and has
qualified "green" material for the MX product family for the RoHS-compliant PQFP,
TQFP, and VQFP packages.
ASAT-China has been added as an additional assembly vendor for the PQFP package.
Refer to Table 1 for more information. Depending on device/package type, this location is
in addition to STATSChipPac. The assembly location country is marked on the bottom of
the device ("Singapore" if manufactured at STATSChipPac, and "China" if manufactured
at ASAT-China).

location is in addition to Amkor-Korea. The assembly location country is marked on the
bottom of the device ("Singapore" if manufactured at STATSChipPac, and "Korea" if
manufactured at Amkor-Korea).

Shipments of material conforming to this PCN will begin shipping in 90 days from the
date of this PCN. The Qualification Summary for the PQFP package is PA-090, and for
the TQFP and VQFP packages it is PA-091.
