Description
The MMDT2222A is a Dual NPN Small Signal Surface
Mount Transistor, providing the designer with the best
combination of fast switching, ruggedized device design,
low on-resistance and cost effectiveness. The SOT-363
package which has been designed to achieve very low
on-state resistance providing also one of the
best-in-class figure of merit (FOM)
