Connect the test setup as shown in Figure 1 Apply an input voltage, VIN = 5.0-18 Vdc Apply IOUT(load) = 0 A Ensure the EN SIP Header is not shorted Check that VOUT = 0V Vdc Short EN SIP Header with provided jumper Observe Soft and PG signal proper behavior as shown in Figure 2 Check that VOUT = 3.3 + 5% Vdc Set IOUT to desired level, 0A - 3A, and measure voltage and current - the efficiency should be similar to that shown in Figure 3 and 4 10.
