The part numbers are contained in “Appendix A” on page 2. This letter serves as your notice that you will have 12 months, or until supplies are consumed, whichever comes first, in which to place last time buys, and an additional 6 months to take receipt of that product. The key dates for the last time buy are as follows: • Last date for placing orders: March 30, 2007, or until supplies are exhausted, whichever comes first. • Last date for shipping orders: September 30, 2007. Every effort should be made to place last time buy orders in a timely manner and avoid waiting until the last moment to place orders. If you anticipate that your last time buy requirements will exceed the current run rate, for specific devices, please provide your Actel Sales Representative with a forecast of the requirements. Product may be limited in availability. Orders will be supported on a first-come-firstserve basis. Orders for these products will be noncancelable and nonreturnable. An alternative solution is to transition to Actel's 42MX product family. The table below illustrates the 42MX comparable products you can substitute for your current XL requirements.
