To do so, contact your local ON Semiconductor sales office. DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: The device marking on the MC78MxxACDT device series will be changed. The 5th digit will now be a letter "D" instead of the previous letter "A". This change affects only this device in the DPAK style of package. No other device markings will change in this family of devices. The purpose of the change is to allow customers to better differentiate between the MC78MxxABDT part and the MC78MxxACDT part.
