DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE

reliability will continue to meet Motorola standards.
Device
MOS7 in Aizu, Japan is being qualified to process VHVIC wafers to meet
additional capacity requirements. The process flow in MOS7 is slightly different
from the one currently being used. New mask sets were generated, but no active
elements in the design or layout were altered.
The devices listed in this notification will complete all electrical
characterization and reliability testing between September and December, 1999.
Data and sample availability dates for individual devices are shown on the
following pages.
Motorola will not supply MOS7 devices to customers for at least a 30 day period
following the sample and data availability date to allow customers time for
evaluation.
Samples are available for evaluation per the following schedule:
