In recent years, with the increasing proliferation of EVs and HEVs that provide silent operation comes a
greater demand for increased fidelity in car AV equipment. ROHM sound processors utilize the most
advanced proprietary analog technology for lower noise and distortion, contributing to greater system sound
quality. In addition, advanced switching technology reduces popping noises during volume/tone adjustment,
and a special function is included that cuts unpleasant noise induced in audio equipment when receiving
phone calls (an industry first). The BD37034FV also integrates a function that prevents sound leakage during
power OFF, resulting in higher audio fidelity and definition in car AV systems.

through simulation for superior sound quality.

Volume control is considered the most important function of a sound
processor. In order to achieve natural volume control, ROHM integrates
advanced switching technology to enable smooth volume adjustment
with no popping noise similar to analog methods.

Unpleasant noise can be generated when listening to music in the car a few
seconds before receiving a phone call. In response, ROHM has developed
technology that cuts noise to 1/10th or less vs. conventional levels with no
degradation in sound quality, resulting in higher fidelity playback.
A special function is also included that reduces audio leakage when
the power is OFF, decreasing through-audio from external sources by
more than 30 times when using an external power amp.
