** CAPACITOR C1 IS AN OPTIONAL PART. IT WAS INSERTED ON THE
DC932A TO DAMPEN THE (POSSIBLE) RINGING VOLTAGE DUE TO
THE USE OF LONG INPUT LEADS. ON A NORMAL, TYPICAL PCB,
WITH SHORT TRACES, THE CAPACITOR IS NOT NEEDED.
