DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE: ON Semi is revising the MC100LVEP111 Device specifications after re-characterization based on improved Test Equipment and Measurements. This change is effective immediately upon issuance of this PB for the devices listed. Reliability will continue to meet or exceed ON Semiconductor standards. Specification Changes are as Follows: MC100LVEP111: Change TPLH and TPHL lower limit @ 85C from 440ps to 375ps.
