Pin 6 has been removed to provide clearance for Pin 5 (High Voltage Drain). Other than the removal of this pin, no case outline dimensions will change. Thermal Resistance (junction-air) is 60 C/W for 1.0 sq.in. 2 oz. Cu pad, and 72 C/W for 0.36 sq.in. 2 oz. Cu pad. Reliability testing has completed with the following results: 1000 temperature cycles: 0/80 failures 96 hrs. HAST: 0/80 failures This change may take place as early as WW 36.
