DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR BC846W and
BC847W Series types are NPN Silicon Transistors
manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy
molded in a SUPERminiTM surface mount package,
designed for general purpose switching and amplifier
applications.
