DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMUT4401 and
CMUT4403 are complementary silicon transistors
manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy
molded in a ULTRAmini™ surface mount package,
designed for small signal general purpose amplifier and
switching applications.
