TLP3540 is a photorelay and consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode
optically coupled to a photo−MOSFET in a 8−pin DIP package (DIP8).
This photorelay has characteristics of low−on resistance when it turns on.
It is suitable for 48 V power line on / off switches.
