DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMUT3410, and
CMUT7410, are low VCE(SAT) silicon transistors in
an ULTRAmini™ surface mount package designed for
small signal general purpose amplifier and switching
applications, requiring low collector emitter saturation
voltage.
