DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR BC856W and
BC857W Series types are PNP Silicon Transistors
manufactured by the epitaxial planar process, epoxy
molded in a SUPERminiTM surface mount package,
designed for general purpose switching and amplifier
applications.
