Features
Description
■ High current transfer ratio of 300%
The MOC119M device has a gallium arsenide infrared
emitting diode coupled to a silicon darlington
phototransistor.
■ No base connection for improved noise immunity
■ Underwriters Laboratory (UL) recognized
