NOTES: 1. The Zener Voltage is measured under pulse conditions so that TJ is no more than 2oC greater
than TA.
2. Part numbers have max / min Zener Voltage as listed. Tolerance of 2% is designated by
a “B” in place of the “C”, and 1% by an “A”.
3. The Zener Impedance is measured by dividing the AC voltage drop across the device
by the AC current applied. The specified limits are for IZ(ac) = 0.1 IZ(dc) with the ac
frequency = 1.0kHz.
