Applications
General Description:
• Solenoid Driver
The IR6220 is a 5 terminal monolithic HIGH SIDE SWITCH
with built in short circuit, over- temperature, ESD, inductive load • DC Motor Driver

The on-chip protection circuit goes into PWM mode, limiting the Truth Table
