DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMKD7000
consists of two pair of electrically isolated, series
configured ultra-high speed switching diodes in an
ULTRAmini™ SOT-363 surface mount package,
designed for ESD protection and high speed switching
applications.
