The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMKSH-3T
contains three (3) Isolated Silicon Schottky Diodes,
epoxy molded in a SOT-363 surface mount package.
This ULTRAmini™ device has been designed for
switching applications requiring a low forward
voltage drop.
