DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMUDW6001 type
is a silicon switching diode manufactured by the epitaxial
planar process, epoxy molded in a ULTRAmini™ surface
mount package, designed for switching applications
requiring a extremely low leakage diode.
