DESCRIPTION:
The CENTRAL SEMICONDUCTOR CMXD2004
type contains three (3) Isolated High Voltage Silicon
Switching Diodes, manufactured by the epitaxial planar
process, epoxy molded in a SUPERmini™ surface
mount package, designed for applications requiring
high voltage capability.
